Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding support
- Document patient observations accurately in medical records
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Support rehabilitation activities under supervision
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior experience necessary - we train you!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper techniques
- Compassionate nature and patience working with elderly patients
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (for facility transport if applicable)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must complete state certification within 120 days of hire
