Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and accurately record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.
  • Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and walking using wheelchairs, walkers, and assistive devices.
  • Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and feeding schedules.
