Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and document resident observations accurately
- Assist with medication administration per care plans
- Transport residents safely to appointments and social activities
- Maintain clean and sanitized resident environments
- Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize resident care
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and emergencies
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Background clearance and TB test required
