Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and document resident observations accurately
- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques
- Support residents with daily activities and medication reminders
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans
- Maintain clean and organized resident living spaces
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergency situations
Qualifications
- Current California CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year long-term care or assisted living experience
- Valid CPR certification
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work alternating weekends
- Pass background check and TB screening
