Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse)
- Provide mobility assistance and position patients
- Document patient observations and care accurately
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Support emotional well-being through companionship
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Collaborate with nursing staff on care plans
Qualifications
- Current California CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience
- CPR/BLS certification
- Clear TB test and background check
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
