Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Accurate vital signs monitoring and documentation
- Collaborative care coordination with RNs and physicians
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Emotional support for patients and families during critical care
- Assist with medical equipment and patient transport
- Adherence to HIPAA and hospital safety regulations
Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year hospital experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficiency in EHR systems (EPIC preferred)
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper techniques
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
