Job Overview
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about healthcare and committed to helping patients recover and thrive. As a CNA, you will work closely with the nursing staff to ensure our patients receive the highest standard of care.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Provide basic bedside care to patients in various stages of recovery.
- Turn and reposition bedridden patients to prevent pressure ulcers.
- Communicate patient changes and concerns to the RN or charge nurse immediately.
- Assist with feeding patients who require special dietary accommodations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current and valid State CNA Certification required.
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for charting and documentation.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient dignity and comfort.
