Responsibilities
- Provide basic patient care under the supervision of nursing staff.
- Measure and record vital signs accurately (blood pressure, temperature, pulse).
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized patient environment.
- Communicate changes in patient condition to registered nurses or supervisors immediately.
- Document patient care activities and observations in medical records.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- Current state licensure and CPR certification.
- Previous experience in a hospital or long-term care setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
