Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive telehealth patient assessments using evidence-based protocols
- Prioritize cases based on acuity and escalate critical situations appropriately
- Provide clear clinical guidance to patients via phone/video consultations
- Maintain accurate electronic health records with detailed documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams for complex cases
- Educate patients on home care instructions and preventive measures
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and organizational policies
Qualifications
- Active CA RN license with minimum 2 years clinical experience
- BLS/BCLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Triage experience in emergency medicine or urgent care setting
- Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Strong written/verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Spanish bilingualism a plus
