Responsibilities
- Conduct rapid patient assessments and prioritize cases based on medical urgency
- Collaborate with physicians and ER staff to coordinate patient care flow
- Document detailed medical histories and symptoms in EMR systems
- Provide clear, compassionate communication to patients and families
- Maintain accurate triage logs and compliance with healthcare protocols

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Louisiana
- Minimum 2 years ER or urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
