Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers using proper techniques
- Administer medications under supervision following protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop individualized care plans
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments
- Respond promptly to patient call systems and emergencies
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform lifting and transfer tasks
- Pass background check and drug screening
