Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist patients with mobility and transferring to and from beds or wheelchairs.
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding patient conditions and needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients.
- Document patient care activities and changes in condition accurately.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Kansas CNA Certification required.
- Proof of current BLS (Basic Life Support) and CPR certification.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented demeanor.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
