Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Measure and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse)
- Provide basic patient care under supervision of licensed nurses
- Support mobility and positioning to prevent pressure injuries
- Document patient observations accurately and timely
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Assist with meal services and nutrition support
Qualifications
- CNA certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills for documentation
