Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature, accurately and timely.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team regarding patient status.
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment, adhering to all hygiene protocols.
- Support nurses with various clinical tasks as directed.
Qualifications
- Active Ohio CNA Certification required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous healthcare experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
