Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to patients in home health and facility settings
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Support patients with nutritional needs and medication reminders
- Maintain clean, safe environments and infection control protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Qualifications
- Current California CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience
- Ability to pass background check and TB screening
- Flexibility for day/evening/weekend shifts
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
- Valid CPR certification
