Responsibilities
- Delight residents with personalized care assistance (bathing, dressing, mobility support)
- Monitor vital signs and document observations using our EHR platform
- Collaborate with RNs to develop and implement care plans
- Assist with medication administration under supervision
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Complete remote charting and care coordination tasks
- Participate in weekend care team huddles via telehealth
Qualifications
- Active Nebraska CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience preferred
- Proficient with electronic health records (EHR)
- Exceptional communication and empathy skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid CPR certification
- Reliable transportation for in-person shifts
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends + weekdays)
