Responsibilities
- Delight patients with compassionate daily care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Accurately monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
- Support nursing staff with medication administration under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized patient environments and infection control protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary collaboration
Qualifications
- Active Georgia CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of recent CNA experience in a healthcare setting
- CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to patient-centered care
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
