Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient condition to the RN/LPN immediately.
- Assist with mobility, transferring patients, and positioning as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities and observations.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- Current Missouri CNA certification required.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- CPR and BLS certification (American Heart Association) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of infection control and safety protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; physical stamina required.
