Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and patients.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Assist with mobility and transport patients to medical appointments or activities.
- Support meal preparation and ensure patients are fed properly during mealtimes.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move patients safely.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to obtain CNA certification (we provide training support).
- A compassionate, patient-centered attitude towards healthcare.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
