Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including oral surgeries and restorations
- Perform chairside duties: suctioning, instrument transfer, and four-handed dentistry
- Manage sterilization protocols and infection control compliance
- Take and develop diagnostic X-rays with digital imaging systems
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain optimal inventory levels
- Provide patient education on post-procedure care and oral hygiene
Qualifications
- California RDA license or DANB certification required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft and Dexis software systems
- CPR/BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to manage multiple patients during peak hours
