Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation
- Monitor vital signs and report patient changes
- Support nutritional needs and meal assistance
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure infection control standards compliance
Qualifications
- No prior healthcare experience required
