Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance.
- Monitor and accurately record patient vital signs and daily health status.
- Assist licensed nurses with medical procedures and patient transfers safely.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients and staff.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team.
- Document patient care activities and observations in electronic health records.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered California CNA License required.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification through the American Heart Association.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Physical stamina to lift, move, and support patients as needed.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
