Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct patient care during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to clinical team
- Complete electronic health records remotely between shifts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams via telehealth platforms
- Maintain accurate patient documentation using remote access systems
Qualifications
- Active Nebraska CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience
- Proficient with EHR systems (remote access capability)
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills for virtual team interactions
- Flexibility to adapt to rotating weekend schedules
