Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs with precision and compassion
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social engagements safely
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote cognitive stimulation and emotional well-being
- Maintain detailed care records and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare teams

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or relevant certification
- CPR/First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid California Driver's License with clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clients
- Physical ability to assist with mobility and transfer clients safely
- Fluency in English (Spanish bilingual preferred)
