Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary plans
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to clinical staff
- Assist with prescribed exercises and mobility support
- Administer medications under supervision
- Light housekeeping and errands for patients
- Document care activities accurately and timely
- Transport patients to medical appointments as needed
Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma Home Health Aide certification
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate demeanor with elderly and disabled clients
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
