Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary restrictions
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations
- Administer prescribed medications accurately
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands
- Light housekeeping tasks and organization of living spaces
- Provide companionship and emotional support to isolated seniors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional home health aide experience
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Valid California Driver's License with clean driving record
- Clear TB test and health screening
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- TrustLine and DOJ clearance
- Compassionate demeanor with strong communication skills
