Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor vital signs and document client observations via our digital platform
- Administer medications and treatments following care plans
- Transport clients to appointments and errands (company vehicle provided)
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Maintain accurate client records through our remote portal
Qualifications
- State-certified Home Health Aide or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Proficient with digital documentation tools
- Ability to work independently with remote oversight
- Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity
- Pass background check and TB screening
