Responsibilities
- Provide direct personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and walking as needed to ensure client safety.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in client condition to the nursing team.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to improve the quality of life for our clients.
- Administer medications as directed by the supervising nurse.
Qualifications
- Current High School Diploma or GED required.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
