Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility assistance
- Monitor client health status and document care activities using our digital platform
- Facilitate virtual family updates and coordinate with healthcare providers remotely
- Transport clients to appointments and community activities as needed
- Create and maintain safe, nurturing home environments for elderly clients
- Respond promptly to client needs and emergency situations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or certified nursing assistant (CNA) license
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with digital care documentation tools (training provided)
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Excellent communication skills for both in-person and virtual interactions
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
