Responsibilities
- Provide patient care assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Take vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Monitor patient nutritional intake and hydration
- Document care accurately in electronic health records
- Maintain a clean, safe patient environment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Qualifications
- Current North CNA license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent acute care experience
- BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Flexibility to work various shifts (days, nights, weekends)
