Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive direct patient care and accurate clinical assessments.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Document patient history, symptoms, and care plans in electronic medical records (EMR).
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized patient care environment.
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support.
Qualifications
- Current and unencumbered RN License in the state of Ohio.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred based on unit.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems and electronic charting.
