Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care in acute care, long-term, or specialty settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety protocols
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support
Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred for critical care)
- Flexibility to work 8-12 hour shifts across day/evening/night
- Strong assessment skills and critical thinking abilities
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
