Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including endodontics and orthodontics
- Manage sterilization protocols and infection control per OSHA standards
- Prepare treatment rooms and dental instruments efficiently
- Take accurate digital radiographs and intraoral photos
- Administer patient comfort measures and chairside assistance
- Maintain precise digital charting and patient records
- Coordinate seamless patient flow and appointment scheduling
Qualifications
- Current California RDA or Dental Assistant certification required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Expertise in digital radiography and practice management software
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and infection control knowledge
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
