Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including chairside support and instrument sterilization
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for optimal patient flow
- Take and develop dental radiographs with precision and care
- Manage patient scheduling and digital charting with our advanced software
- Provide post-procedure instructions and ensure patient comfort
- Maintain strict OSHA compliance and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Current Texas Dental Assistant certification or RDA required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in a dental practice
- Proficiency with digital imaging and practice management software
- CPR certification and X-ray license
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
