Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex restorative and cosmetic procedures
- Exposure management and digital radiography (X-rays)
- Sterilization and infection control compliance
- Patient education on oral hygiene protocols
- Digital charting and practice management software proficiency
- Lab case coordination and provisional crown fabrication
- Inventory management and supply ordering
- Mentoring junior dental assistants
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Dental Assistant license
- 2+ years of chairside experience in cosmetic dentistry
- Digital radiography (Dexis/Sirona) and CBCT certification
- Coronal polishing and sealant application credentials
- Experience with Eaglesoft practice management software
- CPR/BLS certification
- Exceptional chairside manner and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
