Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorations and surgeries
- Take and interpret dental radiographs with precision
- Manage sterilization protocols and OSHA compliance
- Prepare treatment rooms and optimize clinical workflows
- Deliver exceptional patient education on oral hygiene
- Oversee inventory and supply chain management
- Maintain accurate digital patient records
- Support front desk operations during peak hours
Qualifications
- CDA or RDA certification required
- 2+ years clinical dental assisting experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft/Dentrix software
- X-ray certification (CA State Board)
- Exceptional chairside communication skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance protocols
- Ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly
