Responsibilities
- Delight clients with personalized care plans including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document health changes accurately
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary restrictions
- Manage medication reminders and administer prescribed treatments
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Maintain clean, safe living environments for clients
- Collaborate with nursing staff to coordinate care plans
Qualifications
- Florida HHA certification or CNA license (current)
- Minimum 1 year home care experience preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Compassionate personality with patience and empathy
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks
- Clear background check and drug screening required
