Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for procedures and assist dentists during treatments
- Take dental X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
- Sterilize instruments and maintain clinical hygiene standards
- Manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment
- Provide post-operative instructions and patient education
- Schedule appointments and handle front desk duties
- Assist with digital imaging and charting software
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification or X-ray license
- 1+ years of clinical dental assisting experience
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and OSHA protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental software
- CPR certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
