Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative, cosmetic, and surgical treatments
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) with precision and care
- Manage infection control protocols and sterilize instruments per OSHA standards
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and materials for seamless clinical workflow
- Document patient records accurately in our digital EHR system
- Provide compassionate patient education on oral hygiene and post-procedure care
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification or registration in North Carolina
- Minimum 2 years of chairside experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft or dental imaging software
- CPR/BLS certification from an accredited provider
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
