Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for procedures and assist dentists during treatments
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) with precision
- Sterilize instruments and maintain strict infection control protocols
- Manage patient records using our digital dental software
- Assist with dental laboratory procedures and equipment maintenance
- Provide chairside support during complex restorative and cosmetic procedures
- Coordinate patient scheduling and communication
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification or DANB-registered
- Massachusetts radiology license required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in a busy practice
- Proficiency in digital imaging and dental software (Epic, Dentrix)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA compliance
- Exceptional chairside manner and patient communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
