Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex dental procedures and general treatments
- Execute digital radiography and intraoral imaging with precision
- Maintain sterile operatory protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Manage patient flow and optimize appointment scheduling efficiency
- Implement infection control protocols and instrument sterilization
- Assist in treatment planning coordination and patient education
- Utilize Eaglesoft practice management software seamlessly
Qualifications
- Current DANB certification or accredited dental assisting diploma
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency in digital radiography and CBCT imaging
- CPR/BLS certification and HIPAA compliance knowledge
- Exceptional chairside demeanor and patient communication skills
- Mastery of infection control protocols and sterilization techniques
- Experience with Eaglesoft or comparable dental software
