Responsibilities
- Chairside Assistance: Assist the dentist during examinations, treatments, and procedures.
- Infection Control: Adhere to strict sterilization and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
- Radiography: Perform and develop dental X-rays with precision.
- Patient Management: Greet patients, update records, and educate them on oral hygiene.
- Operational Support: Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain the operatory.
Qualifications
- Certification: Current Dental Assistant (RDH/RDA) certification required.
- Experience: 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred.
- CPR/BLS: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Skills: Proficiency in dental software (e.g., Dentrix or Eaglesoft) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
