Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures using provided advanced equipment
- Prepare and sterilize instruments following OSHA standards
- Take dental impressions and process X-rays using digital radiography
- Manage patient records and digital charting systems
- Administer topical anesthetics and coronal polishing
- Coordinate patient education and post-op care instructions
- Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment
Qualifications
- Accredited Dental Assistant certification or equivalent experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Proficiency with digital radiography and practice management software
- Strong understanding of infection control protocols
- Excellent chairside manner and patient communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently with provided advanced equipment
- Valid Wisconsin dental radiography permit preferred
