Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures with efficiency and precision.
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain strict infection control protocols.
- Perform and process dental radiographs (X-rays) accurately according to safety standards.
- Manage patient records, update health histories, and educate patients on oral hygiene.
- Order and stock dental supplies and manage inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or DANB Certified. Washington State License required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a general dentistry setting preferred.
- Proficiency with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, OpenDental).
- Strong knowledge of infection control and OSHA regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, patient-centric demeanor.
