Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex dental procedures
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Prepare patients for treatment and educate on oral hygiene
- Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory hygiene
- Manage patient records and schedule appointments
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
- Support administrative tasks including billing documentation
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification (DANB/CDA)
- 1+ years of chairside experience
- Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
- Proficiency in dental software (E.g., Dentrix)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
