The Role:

Responsibilities
Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to strict hygiene protocols.Assist the dentist chair-side during examinations and treatment procedures.Take and develop dental X-rays (radiographs) as directed by the dentist.Greet patients, confirm appointments, and update patient medical histories.Instruct patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene instructions.Manage dental inventory and order supplies as needed.
Qualifications
Current state licensure or certification as a Dental Assistant (RDA/DA) required.Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and infection control procedures.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic dental office environment.Proficiency in dental software (e.g., Eaglesoft, Dentrix) is a plus.
