Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures, including instrument preparation and patient comfort
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize equipment following OSHA protocols
- Take dental impressions and develop X-rays under supervision
- Manage patient scheduling and recall systems
- Process insurance claims and maintain digital records
- Provide post-operative instructions to patients
- Ensure clinic cleanliness and inventory management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior dental experience necessary - we train you!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- Willingness to obtain X-ray certification (provided)
- Basic computer literacy
