Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including instrument handling and patient comfort
- Maintain sterile environments and sterilize dental equipment
- Prepare treatment rooms and organize dental supplies
- Take digital dental X-rays and assist with patient records
- Manage patient scheduling and post-appointment follow-ups
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain strict confidentiality
- Support front desk operations when needed
Qualifications
- No prior dental experience required - we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform precise tasks
- Valid CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
