Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including exams, fillings, and extractions
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) following safety protocols
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain inventory
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-procedure care
- Manage digital records and assist with administrative tasks
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain strict patient confidentiality
- Support infection control protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior dental experience necessary—training provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
