Responsibilities
- Chairside Assistance: Assist the lead dentist during exams and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Patient Care: Greet patients, explain procedures, and manage patient flow efficiently.
- Instrument Preparation: Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment to strict hygiene standards.
- Radiography: Take and develop dental X-rays (training provided for qualified applicants).
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient dental records.
- Inventory: Monitor and order dental supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior dental experience required. We value potential over experience.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Attitude: A positive, team-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn.
